192.168.1.1 / ISP gatewayUse Ethernet or the Wi-Fi details printed on the device label.
Enter the gateway IP directly in the browser address bar.
Replace the initial administrator password before other changes.
Select DHCP, PPPoE or static IP exactly as supplied by the ISP.
Use WPA2/WPA3, a unique passphrase and disable unnecessary WPS.
Verify with the DNS lookup, ping test and internet speed test, then securely record the configuration.
Connect using the label credentials, then try 192.168.29.1. Update the Wi-Fi name and passphrase without changing provider-managed WAN settings.
Use the gateway shown on the label or device network details. Keep 2.4 GHz for range and 5 GHz for nearby high-speed devices.
Important: do not factory-reset an ISP router or ONT until your provider confirms how service, VoIP and IPTV settings will be restored.
Official documentation shows that access details can change by model, production year, firmware and ISP provisioning. The device label and model-specific guide always take priority.
Reviewed 19 August 2026 using Zerolink installation experience and manufacturer documentation. Credentials can vary by exact model, firmware and ISP provisioning; the device label and model-specific manual remain authoritative.

Check the router label or your device network details for the default gateway. Common addresses include 192.168.0.1, 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.29.1.
Confirm that you are connected to that router, turn off mobile data or VPN temporarily, and enter the gateway address directly in the browser address bar.
No. Credentials vary by model, firmware and internet provider, and installers frequently change them. Use the device label and official manual as the authoritative source.
Use a factory reset only as a last resort. It can erase ISP, VoIP and IPTV settings and may require provider assistance to restore service.
Use WPA3 when every device supports it, or WPA2/WPA3 transition mode. Avoid WEP and open networks, and disable WPS unless it is required.
